We also have a 2nds team, play Sunday friendlies, and several Junior teams (u17,u15,u13, u11) with 8 fully qualified coaches. We are now one of the few cricket clubs to receive 'Clubmark' accreditation, which means that England & Wales Cricket Board and Sport England recognises the Club as a safe, effective and child-friendly sports club.

We are located in the village of Great Bowden, situated close to Market Harborough. Players of all levels are welcome.

SELECTION POLICY
- Players who have paid their subs will be picked before anyone else
- No player is to be dropped once selected.
- Players are asked to make themselves available on the Saturday before the next game
- There are to be at least 3-4 present in the selection committee
meeting. This will typically comprise OF: the 1st and 2nd team
captains, a head junior coach (e.g. Mo Mather), and club chairmen, or their appropriate representatives. The Sunday captain is also
encouraged to attend.
- If any player is not selected for the Saturday game, the Sunday
captain will endeavour to fit the player into the Sunday team (if
available/possible).
- The selectors/club will endeavour to give as many club members a game over a weekend and on the Wednesday fixture.
- The selectors will endeavour to play several junior players on
Saturday and Sunday.
- Junior players should only be played in senior games upon consultation/recommendation by the Junior head coaches (level 2+, eg. Mo, Tony) and/or the junior coaching 'committee' (this applies to all senior teams).
