We are a thriving Club based at the Recreation Ground at Great Bowden, near Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
Two
sides compete in the Northamptonshire Cricket League, one in the Market Harborough Evening Cricket Club and we have a Sunday
Friendly XI.
The Club also has an expanding junior section, with over 80 members. A side is entered in both the
Under 13's and Under 15 Sections of the Leicestershire Youth Cricket League.
We were one of the first Clubs in Leicestershire
to acheive Clubmark status and have just successsfully passed our first reassessment of the award. We are also an ECB
focus club.
We are currently looking for new players of all standards for the 2009 Season. For more information

Bowden Cricket Club supports cricket at all levels, from a competitive first team to a friendly
Sunday team along with numerous junior teams. New players are always welcome. The current list of teams include:
- First XI: Division Three, Northamptonshire Cricket League, Saturdays
- Second XI: Division Eight, Northamptonshire Cricket League, Saturdays
- Sunday XI: Friendly Social Cricket, Sundays
- Midweek XI: Market Harborough & District Evening Cricket League ,
Wednesdays
Senior Nets take place during the Summer on Thursday nights between 6:30-8pm at the ground.
We currently have 10 qualified coaches and hold 'Clubmark' accreditation,
which means that England & Wales Cricket Board and Sport England recognises the Club as a safe, effective and child-friendly
